# Refund policy: 365-Night Relief or Refund

We want you to feel the difference. If you don't, you shouldn't pay for it.

## 365-night trial
Use your Atlarest device for up to 365 nights from the day it's delivered. If it doesn't relieve your neck (or back), email **hello@atlarest.com** with your order number and we'll arrange your refund.

- Return the product in reasonable condition with all its parts. It doesn't need to be unused.
- Once we receive your return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if any) and the Care+ plan are not refundable after 30 days.
- Free gifts don't need to be returned.

## Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or stops working, email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement. With Care+, this cover extends to 3 years.

## How to start a return
1. Email hello@atlarest.com with your order number and a sentence on what didn't work for you.
2. We reply within 24 hours with your return address and instructions.
3. Your refund is processed as soon as the return arrives.

## Sale items and bundles
Sale items and bundles are covered by the same 365-night trial. Bundles can be returned in part. We'll refund the bundle price minus the full price of the items you keep.
